Another year, another #Thanksgiving (we’re in Canada) and potentially a new “just us” Thanksgiving tradition. Turkey with the in-laws earlier in the weekend, but HOT POT on the Monday! Funny how the white guy had the most “weird Chinese-y stuff on it”. I’ve indoctrinated him well.

I have this from Toronto’s Fan Expo - my harem 🥰 - I was very task oriented and thrown off by having to do a retake (they didn’t tell us the first time malfunctioned!) so I probably came across as a blazing bi*** but Neil still called out “Nice to meet you!” with the sweetest smile.

Canada is refusing to issue ISBNs to books primarily generated with AI. This illustrates both the urgency of the problem of the growing flood of slop books, and also the toothlessness of addressing it on the honor system without there also being consequences for lying
