How do you actually do more with less? You test on an 8-year-old Samsung S9. I’ve decoupled my Performance Manager from the Mesh Slicer to dynamically handle quality scaling. #performance #indiegames #gamedev #gamequality #unity3d #appybearstudio

Nowadays, new tech is wildly expensive. That’s a huge driver behind why I’m obsessing over optimisation. Gaming shouldn't require a $1,000+ device just to have fun. If a game can run smoothly on an 8-year-old phone sitting in a drawer, more people get to play. #gamedev #indiegame #Unity3D

Taking off the dev hat for a bit.. I remember being in a job interview where they asked an ice-breaker: "What is your favourite game?" My mind jumped back to my younger days, and without hesitation, I blurted out Ocarina of Time. I didn't land that job, but no regrets! youtu.be/A0WX-jsir94 #zelda
