Time is also an issue. My free time comes at the end of the day and I'm often too tired to get In The Groove, especially if it's only for an hour or two (when what I want to do is focus for 4-6 hours on something more meaningful). So I either do something I'm frustrated with, or stay up too late ;_;

I spent years seeing people whose work I admire/look up to complain that their work wasn't good enough, and it ate away at my own happiness with my hobby, because "if THEIR work is bad, mine must be terrible." It got to the point that I almost stopped altogether.

I suspect I'd only use an annual pass because I felt obligated to get the most out of it, rather than actually wanting to visit more often. Even then that's double the cost (quadruple, given that it's for my partner and myself). That's just not justifiable for us. Idk how families do it these days 🫠

It's absolutely absurd! Every now and again I think maybe I'd like to do some sort of tourist activity, and then I look at the pricetag and am miraculously cured. I'm beginning to understand why we rarely did stuff like this when I was a kid. I can't imagine how families do it NOW @_@

Taking Leto on 6-10 km hikes is hard on my feet since he mostly rides and he's pretty heavy to carry (almost 20 lbs/9 kg). So to spare my feet for Baker, we have skipped his Field Trips for the last week. This is, apparently, unacceptable.
