well yknow how one of our amplifiers was having issues a while back, so we cleaned it out and it seemed to be working better? well...

An amplifier with the thermal protect and clip lights both illuminated. For this model of amplifier, that means that it has activated the thermal limiter circuit, which limits the output of the amplifier when it gets too hot.
