So, could one use a gal in a gala to summon a galla g`ala?

Adventure is Nigh supplement/setting guide for 5e. Hell, if you need freelancers for additional writing or editing, I'd love to lend a hand (seriously-- let me know and I'll send along a works published list).

That was *not* a fun time! I was running board game demos in the breezeway between the Hyatt and the GCCC, and literally had to drop everything to shelter up!

I submit the Warrior Rook drop kick from Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

I mean... lore accurate! One of the Blackwall/Dorian banter exchanges is them complaining about the booze at Skyhold tavern!

I did; my wife and I are at Barleys on Tuesday, before everything kicked over to convention theming

Wife and I are running games on Wednesday and Thursday: She's bringing some Arkham Horror rpg and her "Avatar: Fury Road" series. I'm bringing a 5e adventure with new subclasses from a book I'm developing and a retro Cold Steel Wardens investigation.

It took me a long time to learn that my lack of enjoyment of something shouldn't inhibit anyone else's enjoyment of it (with certain stipulations). No shitting on other's joy!

I mean, it certainly started something for me back in the 80s... What's old is new again!

Very best Pride month wishes to the many lads who are definitely going to realize something important about themselves during “Masters of the Universe”. Congratulations! You have the power. 🏳️‍🌈

Still such a damn shame. I know you poured so much into that and I was eager to see how your take on Eternia would have gone!

Can confirm. Speedway station in Tipp City, OH was at 4.79 at 3:30pm. When I passed by again after picking up my daughter at 4:15, it was 4.99. Honestly, screw this whole system.

Finally had the spinal fusion I've been needing for months on Monday morning. Home on pain meds and in a neck brace. It's not fun, but it's needed. Someone provide some amusement while I'm confined?

So, hear me out... DA 5 from Guerilla Games, using the Decima engine for graphics. Could you imagine the dragon fights, styled after the Thunderjaws and Slsughterspines from Horizon?!

General update: While I'll be going back for regular screenings, my ENT confirmed that I'm cancer free and cleared me for the disc replacement I need. Tumor was the size of my first segment of thumb. The incision has healed well, but I'm recovering from a throat infection. Improving!

Ngl, Marvel Zombies (and DC's recent attempts at the same, but with vampires) are among my last favorite series ever. Creative vandalism as a term comes to mind...

Realizing I didn't post anything here... My thyroid surgery on Monday was a success; doc only had to remove half of the gland and the cancer hadn't yet spread to any of my lymph nodes. I'm still home recovering, on lift and mobility restrictions. Incision site looks a mess, but is healing well.

I'm looking forward to seeing how it came out! I did a little bit of work on this (a few Welcome to Arkham style location overviews), but I don't know much about the contents beyond that!

Since 2020, I've had 2 foraminectomies (plus a 5 day hospital stay due to conplications), an ACL reconstruction, debridement for a cyclops lesion due to the ACL, and now cancer... and a neck that still needs fixed. If anyone's got any of those thoughts and prayers or such? I could use a few.

Surgery for lobectomy is scheduled for the end of October, but may be moved up if there's a cancelation. It's all contained and hasn't spread to the lymph nodes, so the hope is that they'll get it in one go without having to take the full gland.

So, um... some tough health news. When I was rear-ended in March, I ended up slipping a disc (T1-T2). But, while getting imagery for that, they discovered a nodule on my right thyroid. Yup, it's that C-word.

It's the same as their response with Covid testing: "if we didn't do so much testing, there wouldn't be so many cases..." Willful ignorance.

It's weird. There's a cutscene with Bellara and Neve, where Bellara talks about getting distracted while cooking. But then banter with Lucanis has the two of them permanently taking over cooking duties. It's a weird bit of contradiction. Bellara does know how to make katchapuri though!

Don't get me wrong. We had a blast. But I literally had to walk away from the table to figure out how to continue. Trying, but fun in the end!
