🧪🌎Every fire season brings its own challenges, and right now northwestern Ontario is facing some difficult ones. Extreme heat has driven rapid fire growth, with over 125 active fires, multiple evacuation orders, and highway closures as crews work to respond.

Why do we build ecological models in #SyncroSim instead of just writing scripts in R or Python? Short answer: we still write the models in R and Python. SyncroSim isn't a replacement for either language, it's the framework that makes them usable by more than the person who wrote the code.
