So I see a lot of guys butts on here, and I have to comment that after doing a double prep for my 3rd colonoscopy in 18 months this doesn't do much for me, 😆🤷‍♂️ which kinda makes me sad. Guys take care of your colon, get HPV vaccinated etc. Maybe I will delete this later don't know.

Well tomorrow is yet another colonoscopy. Spent the last 3 days fasting and prepping. I don’t ever want to drink Gatorade again in my life. Feel sick to my stomach to be honest. But I am HunGRy!
