In France, high-school children are protesting to obtain better conditions for studying. The Ministry has requested that "there should be no restrictions on the use of force, and no instructions not to use all available weapons". Several children have suffered mutilations to their eyes or hands.

Recent paper I co-authored says better outcomes from emerging Alzheimer's disease therapies require system changes, including empowering primary care to do detection/care by aligning payer policies. Emerging biomarkers and digital tools can accelerate detection/diagnosis to reduce heath disparities.

My favourite example of the benefits of using video games in cognitive science:
For instance, if Sea Hero Quest used a classic in-lab approach to
gather its 4 million players dataset, it would have taken 500 years for a full-time PhD student (15 min/participant, 2000 hours per year) and have cost around 25 million euros in staff salary, 40 million euros in participants compensation (10€/participant). And this does not take into account the cost of flying participants from Japan, Brazil or South Africa to our French or British labs.

VACCINES DO NOT CAUSE AUTISM, YOU FLAMING SHITBIRDS. THE LAST TIME HHS, AS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY RFK JR., CONDUCTED A “COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT” OF THE CAUSES OF AUTISM THEY BLAMED TYLENOL AND THEN, BECAUSE IT WAS BULLSHIT, HAD TO WALK IT BACK.
Vaccine Safety
MENU V
For Everyone
NOV. 19, 2025
KEY POINTS
• The claim "vaccines do not cause autism" is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism.
• Studies supporting a link have been ignored by health authorities.
• HHS has launched a comprehensive assessment of the causes of autism,
including investigations on plausible biologic mechanisms and potential causal links.

l’interview choc
[fin]
