It’s real European veg-tanned leather, hand-cut, hand-sewn! Looks and feels amazing—substantial in the hand but not so heavy it’s a hassle. The side closure is a pair of magnetic snaps with a pen loop (mine is a fountain pen but it’s customizable for different pens too—just ask).
