Have never seen that before but it's an OWL, aka the same style as a million characters even before the 70's. Heck even in the popular Canadian book and TV series Franklin.

I never have that happen... Maybe do you have switch to space with open window off and auto rearrange turned on under desktop and dock? Also if opening a new window for an application already running I would expect it to always open that new window in the space you are in.

But if you want it literally states any data used FROM the API must have user accessible ways to remove from your app or use of the API. This person did NOT have that. You are also not allowed to disclose user data used within your use of the API, I think sharing the data falls under that.
