This article highlights a lot of the reasons that cause games to have a prolonged development cycle and inevitably go over budget and thus miss profit targets creating an unsustainable industry. Developers need to read this, self reflect on it and see what you can do better.

Been a while since I've sat down to do UV's. Happy with this layout and UV space usage, the circular UV shapes are always a challenge to pack. The decisions here were to balance texel density from 20.48 - 30.00 texels per cm on a 2048 X 2048 texture map. #GameDev #GameArt
