I will cover this article in depth later today but I want to point something out. Insiders are telling Kommersant Russian diesel production is below consumption. Let me repeat RUSSIAN DIESEL PRODUCTION NOW CANNOT KEEP UP WITH DEMAND!!! That means refining is down over 50%.

Things Russia's ran out of this summer: Gasoline Jet fuel Diesel LPG The ability to ship 30% of its harvest. We're at the stage of the Russian fuel crisis that's akin to Wile E Coyote running off the cliff but still not looking down at his feet.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak has ordered the government to take all possible measures to prevent a fuel shortage in Russia. I have to say that they ran out of measures 5 days ago and Ukraine hasn't ran out of drones that can hit Russian refineries.

According to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade there currently aren't any systemic issues in regards to the delivery of produce to Russian stores. I have a strange feeling tomorrow we might get news that there are indeed such systemic issues.

Updated map of the regions of Russia where there are shortages of gasoline or diesel. As always it's worse in the occupied territories. Added 2 regions. Ingushetia and Ugra ( ХМАО ). Over 90% of Russia's regions have fuel shortages and population wise well over 95%.

Let me illustrate how bad things are this time when it comes to the fuel shortage. In the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan, the gas station chain of the Tatarstan region owned Tatneft oil company, which has its own refinery, doesn't have not just gasoline but also diesel.

It’s still not the busy summer season and exports have been banned so domestic prices haven’t risen much yet, but reserves will drain and the loss of export revenue will at least partly mitigate the rise in global oil prices. Summer may be a big problem without reserves in place, however.

This is the data @tochnyi.info pulled on Russian oil, gas and oil products shipments from the Baltic. In Ust-Luga only one LPG tanker made it out in the last 11 days, it's completely shut down. For Primorsk oil is up 30-40% but petroleum products could be down by over 50% it seems.

Russia no longer needs experts or their opinions. An example of that was given today by Natalya Kaspeskaya who first posted on how RosKomNadzor tried to block VPNs yesterday and broke Russian banking apps and the fast payment system. Then was forced to walk that back.

read online that someone set-up a premium rate phone number where callers get charged $3.99/ min. then they posted flyers in their neighborhood that said "call this number to report illegal aliens," but the number just puts them on hold with music. so far, they've made $17,000

Auschwitz was at the end of a process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers. This hatred gradually developed: from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.
A bird's-eye view of a former Auschwitz II-Birkenau camp showing a wide dirt pathway flanked by parallel rows of barbed-wire fences. Groups of visitors walk along the path, surrounded by the remnants of brick structures and barracks, now reduced to foundations. Green grass contrasts with the somber history of the site, as the path leads toward a guard tower in the distance.

While gasoline shortages also play their part, commercial transport runs on diesel. Increased transport costs were a major driver of global COVID inflation. Now we’ll potentially get to see the effect fuel shortages will have on russian inflation. Or help empty store shelves.
