Next week, child detention begins at the 1611 Arnold Drive concentration camp site on Alec La's 9-mile "quality of life" biking loop. We tried to speak to the England Airpark [child detention/concentration camp] authority in Alexandria, Louisiana, but they refused to allow us into their meeting.
