Moss Giant 🍀

A digital painting of a huge giant made of moss. She looks like an elderly woman with a walking stick, but is purely green, and has a cloak that looks like patches of different moss species. She walks through a lush forest full of rainbow birds, in front of a blue sky with white clouds.

This is Theo. He is a beautiful pup with a unique coat, which helps distract from the fact that he is missing a sock. 13/10

a handsome dachshund in a light green harness stands outside on a cafe patio with little metal chairs in the background. the dog’s fur is a fascinating medley of colors: his back is dappled black and gray, his chest and belly are white, his legs are brown, and his face is an almost even split between black/brown and white. the white side of his face is showing more toward the camera. also two of his visible paws are white, but one is solid brown.

This is Watson and Kiko. Kiko has one less leg due to cancer, but Watson just so happens to have enough hugs to make up for it. 14/10 for both (IG: watki)

a beautiful photo of two golden retrievers in front of a snowy mountainscape and lake. the blond dog has wrapped their two front legs around the red dog in a hug. the red dog has recently had his front right leg amputated due to cancer, and his fur is growing back in that area. this doesn’t bother him at all, as we can tell from the gentle smile on his face, his eyes closed.

This dog is too long for our current rating system to handle. We are working internally to address this problem, but in the meantime please only send regular-length dogs. Thank you… 13/10

a thick tree trunk situated in a winter wonderland. the trunk is at least 5 feet in width, the ground is covered in several inches of snow, and some of it has caught on the bark of the tree. behind the tree stands a majestic and incredibly long husky. his head sticks out from the left side of the trunk, while his hind end pokes out from the right side. i suppose there's a world in which this could be two dogs... but that's probably not what's happening here.

This plaque in Prague has been rubbed to a shiny gold because for centuries, passersby have touched the dog for good luck, and also to reassure him that he's a very good boy. 14/10

a bronze plaque of a man in armor who looks down at a dog sitting at his feet. the man pets the dog with his left hand. the entire dog and a little bit of the plaque surrounding him is shiny and much brighter than the rest of the plaque from hundreds of years of people petting him.

This kid slightly misunderstood their homework assignment and we could not possibly love it more. 12/10

a white sheet of paper hanging from a black clip against a blue wall. the paper is a worksheet with the words, "my dog is a..." with the instructions to circle one of the following words, "hero," "companion," or "worker." instead, the word "circle" has been circled in pencil, and the rest of the sheet reads, "because he is round" in crude handwriting. next to the explanation as to why the dog is a circle, is a drawing of a very rotund dog with a tiny tail and little feet. this is an A+ assignment if we've ever seen one.

Weapons are a soldier's best friend by dionte.

Summary: When the exhaustion of raising his sect from the maw of destruction, the rumors surrounding the life and death of his former head disciple, and keeping an eye on a (beloved) toddler strikes Jiang Cheng, he finds an unexpected ally in his mother’s former weapon. And as they say, blessings come in pairs.

This is Cobra. His human showed him a fake cockroach and he got super grossed out. Knows an enemy when he sees one. 13/10

a brown pitbull with tan eyebrow dots and a white chest sits in the backseat of a car, paws up on the center console, and makes a snarling expression at the fake rubber cockroach his human in the driver’s seat is holding in her hand. the pup’s eyes are narrowed, his snout crinkled up, and his front teeth slightly bared.

the person moved their hand with the fake cockroach slightly closer to Cobra’s face, and he is blurry as he jumps back in surprise. his teeth are still bared and his eyes intently focused on the monstrosity.

cobra has regained some confidence and is trying to stand even taller to tower over the little fake roach. his ears are pinned back, and he looks like he’d like to share some stern words with this intruder.
