I’ve known my neighbor for 6 years. She said she can tell by watching me 👀 that my SPMS has not gotten any worse. Can’t wait to tell my world renowned MS neurologist that he’s WRONG about my brain atrophy, MRI, new lesion and increasing EDSS because JUDY says I look just fine. MSDinosaurs MS

Instead, I found it a great starting point for them & me, plus *rigorously* corrected. Now it’s one of few places not skewed by misinformation. Low as $2.75 a month. Give!

Yes. It’s the great paradox of MS. Increased training can lead to decreased function. Finding that sweet spot between training and “the cliff” is a battle. I am the Red Queen - running just to stay in place and not roll down the slippery slope any faster. (Though I don’t actually run …)
