People keep assuming I must feel so relaxed now that I've finished my book and it's with my publisher but actually I still feel overwhelmed. I don't think my body has accepted that crunch time is over yet so I feel anxious and rushed even when I'm trying to do things for fun

I tell my students that, for each panel, there are two questions that will always guide you to your goal: 1. What do readers NEED to see? 2. What do I want readers to FEEL? The answers to these inform every decision you make in composing your pages. We get lost in the weeds but it is this simple.

The tip of the charger got stuck inside my iPad which is disastrous because that's where I've been drawing the majority of my comic and the deadline is LOOMING but don't worry I fixed it by super-gluing my finger to the tip so I could pull it out. No I don't recommend this.
