Haha. Moose are the same. My friend lives in Canada and when he told me about moose I said, oh so they're like a big deer? No. They are absolutely massive. If you hit one in a truck, the truck comes off worse. Madness.

I'm also always confused about adult wombat size & I think it's because i follow a wombat rescue on IG that mostly posts baby wombats, which are the size you'd expect baby wombats to be, but the adults are much bigger than I expect them to be. It's very confusing! www.instagram.com/wombat_rescu...

Can someone explain to me why my NHS dentist is asking how I feel about my skin and wrinkles on my face? Do your teeth impact your skin? Or is this them trying to sell private aesthetics services?

Two questions that say:
1. I am concerned about the appearance of wrinkles on my face

First my knee. Then my knee and ankle. Now my knee, ankle, and quad. Considering just asking for my leg to be chopped off at this point. This is after historic injuries of multiple ankle ligament tears, almost fully rupturing my calf, and breaking my knee. hEDS really is a joy 🫠

I was groped more times at Prodigy in Brixton in 2012 than I have at any gig before or since. It was not a safe for women. It absolutely wasn't the normal Deftones vibes, it was very drunk people not caring about anyone else in the pit with a lot of cigarettes being waved around and burning people

I saw them support Prodigy and Pendulum in Milton Keynes Bowl in 2010. They were amazing and the crowd was violent! I think only Deftones (of all bands) at Rock en Seine was worse. But that was the French crowd not Deftones.

The word "flee" is also really loaded. People flee conflict zones or people who try to murder them. You don't flee a charge of £12.50 a day if your car isn't compliant or a route that's slightly longer so children don't die of lung issues.

As a half christian, half Jewish, full atheist, some of the songs I learnt in my Church of Wales primary school were bangers! Big fan of Autumn Days and Give Me Oil In My Lamp. More seriously, what my dad and uncle went through as Jewish boys in school was basically what SB suggests and was awful.

I think, from the fact he says university rather than college, he's not American, so misunderstood the US post he was replying to. So (being generous) I think he probably doesn't realise how US colleges work, with having to take random classes in subjects outside of your major.

The amount of books I buy from either the authors or someone else mentioning it on here, even when not on sale, is pretty high. I always feel overwhelmed with choice for books, so I love seeing posts like this and having the choice removed, it's just a book I think I'll like and I'll buy it now!

Not saying I have the ability to curse myself, but last Saturday I said to a friend I was surprised I'd not had a migraine attack after so many flights/travel, and then had one that night. And Friday I said to a colleague I'd not had a cold in ages and today I wake up all congested and shivery.
