Spirited Away x Shutter Island Reality and fantasy blur when an anonymous invitation sends a burnt-out chocolatier spiraling to hunt down a serial killer she thought she made up as a child. 🥀Found family 🥀Feminist 🥀Ghosts 🪻Mental health rep 🪻Disability rep 🪻LGBTQIA+ #GhostPit #C #A #F #T #H #G

9x9 board of photos (top left to bottom right): dark rose bush, dark blue woods at night with fog, quote that reads, “I learned about death by being alive… or maybe I’ve tried it myself.” Starting second row: Closeup of a dragonfly wing, a girl floating in dark water with white flowers, hands reaching up from a dark lake with lily pads, a quote that reads, “we were strangers bound by a shared past, entangled in the present, with no promise of a future.” Forget-me-nots, a man and a woman dancing against a starry sky

The same image from before with arrows pointing out to show tropes from the story which are: found family, haunted woods, past repeats itself, dual timeline, ghosts, repressed memories, investigation, and strong female characters. Two new images to replace the quotes from the previous board: a dark field of flowers in a forest tinted blue, a woman’s hands and body submerged under water reaching out.
