On the bright side: Now that this gets actually tangible to non-IT people, maybe folks wake up?

Interesting tool. Are you using AI when writing? I use it after I wrote the text to find grammar issues and things I'd worded weirdly. That works quite well for me so far. In my last article I cleaned up that way it did find a single match though.

I finally got my copy of the Hypermedia book.

I'll be honest - after playing around with the Blender MCP and Pi - I'm still blown away how easy it gets to get 90s style animations. I unironically like it

Finished the shannara chronicles with its thrid novel "Wishsong of Shannara", then dove into a horrific medieval France in "Between two fires", to start reading "Bookshops & Bonedust" as an palate cleanser.

After finishing "The Legend of Uh" and the first Witcher book, I'm off to the second.

I know exactly what you mean. I had the same experience with the help of selfhtml.org which had this weird logo back then:

Just finished the second Shannara book, after Dungeon Crawler Carl and The Sword of Shannara. Started with "Tales from Earthsea"

What a time to be alive. While I debate with people on the internet, my implementation agent argues with its review agent.

I beg you, explain how that really does work __well__ for people. Every time I step away from hard fact producing guard-rail tools (unit tests, integration tests, linter) the results get considerably worse. adventures.nodeland.dev/archive/the-...

The Doctor talking about his "context engineering" experience.

Dr. Who meme labeled "it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, cody-woby stuff" in reference to vibe coding and context engineering.

In the last few weeks I started and finished "The Savage Tales of Solomon Kane" - I think Howard did a great job of telling the same story of Conan but with Christian morals. I liked it quite a bit more than Conan.

Yesterday I started a replay run of "Resident Evil 2" on my steam deck. I was surprised how much I liked the introductory screen and the cheesy texts. Thinking about building a little Interactive Fiction browser game inspired by RE2 and analog horror. Someone interested? wat.keib.dev

Introductory screen of Resident Evil 2 (PS1), showing the text "They were parted by an unescapable destiny."

Screenshot of a proof of concept page for an interactive fiction game called "Where are they?"

That wasn't a thing where I worked. But interesting - I've never thought about that.

"Angststillstand" amzn.to/4943sUA von Precht war nicht sehr interessant zu lesen. Hübls "Moralspektakel" war IMHO die bessere Lektüre. Das Axolotl-Gleichnis gefällt mir, und der Schluss über die Brüderlichkeit - aber der Rest ist mittlerweile einfach langweilig.

I didn't care much for the old Drow depictions. But these paintings were still better than groomer-Drizzt.

Salvatore has heared I'm finishing his whole Drizzt books early this year, and decided to release another one for me. So I'll guess I have to read it.

If you put text like this into your emails to support, you know you're talking to Google support. Google casually closing the tickets three times without properly reading what I sent.

I wonder what exactly is going on with the Tigerbox if the battery dies. Over the summer the kids don't use it. Since it got a bit colder, battery ran out completely. If that happens, the Tigerbox app gets stuck when booting up and you need to do a factory reset.

Started to read the 3rd book of the dragon lance chronicles. The first book was good, but the second was better. Hope the trend continues.

Starting with book 2 of the dragonlance chronicles. I think I appreciate the small scale adventures of the first two meetings books more now, since the chronicles are simply full blast epic adventure on every page. Still like it - although the conflicts were badly setup in the meetings.

I agree, but for some unknown reason, this notation caused me to go like so:

Happy I started with the meeting sextet. I'm 80 pages in the 1st. chronicles book and it's a lot better than any of the meetings book so far.

I just finished the 6th book of the meetings sextet. That's the second book series I'd loved to have read as a teenager but couldn't get my hands on the books, so I read them now. I think I'd have loved the whole dragonlance meetings series, although I have not much love for one of the companions.

Is that due to the obsolete rule that domains without dots are valid?
