I am so, so grateful to the Welsh Gender Service. But now so many are having their surgeries cancelled and their positions on the waitlist paused, because some bigots have decided that the Welsh Gender Service are too good at actually helping people.

Trans people on the NHS in Wales just lost YEARS of waiting for surgery in a single day as WGS froze their appointments, some literally hours before theatre. This is going to kill people. They are now coming for adult trans healthcare
