AI in workforce discussion is not exclusive to the optimists, pragmatists and pessimists. “Shadow AI” v. “Enterprise AI” may tip the employee v. employer power dynamic. “Right now, workers are potentially training AI how to make them obsolete. And they often don’t realize it.”
