I'm just done with episode 8 and I'm enjoying it so far.

Let's just say if you like a cool anime about humans making contracts for supernatural abilities and having their humanity called into question for it while still being a very human show + the plot being about conspiracies and schemes by various shady orgs using them, watch Darker Than Black.

Seeing Remarried Empress adaptation by Troyca announced is so weird. I only know about Remarried Empress from a LINE dress up gacha game collab.

Today on Okazu – Amayo no Tsuki, Volume 12 (雨夜の月) Kuzushiro’s slow, gentle story about Kanon, a girl who is hard of hearing and Saki, a girl who is gay has always been about growth. In Volume 12, walls come crashing down between them…and it is so very good. okazu.yuricon.com/2026/10/08/a...

During a rainy night a tall girl with long, black hair wearing a baseball jacket in in red with white sleeves, meets a shorter girl with orange-brown collar-length hair, under an umbrella. Both wear red sweat pants and jacket with white stripes on the arm and leg.

something something, control in equalisation that is paradoxical to equality.

and isn't like an immovable, unresponsive blob like heartchita either.

by erasing Denji, kinda crack in a way given that her domestic life is her reward and requirement as a collared dog herself. And her being Pochita's fan is her fantasy/escape sort of. Which is why the idea of Makima finding dog Pochita is also funny bc it's the Pochita furthest away from her fantasy

天使くん推す @angeldeviloshi.bsky.social · 16h

Good question. To her Pochita doesn't wear clothes due to the irrationality she projects on to him but that makes her then introducing Pochita to the prospect of a domestic life with her intriguing lmao, her claiming ownership of being the one to bring this experience as a sort of newness to Pochita

In soft, gentle hushed tones he tells the dog as if uttering a secret, "Hey, let's run away together." A laughable thought. As dawn breaks and her voice wafts in with her scent through the door. A truly grotesque sight to behold.

The boy died knowing happiness given to him by the dog, is that not enough? Angel knows it's bullshit, sugarcoated salt on wound. The dog weeps, mourns and Angel finds himself cradling it for comfort as he looks down at the boy's corpse, no tears of his own to spare for a human.

Angel grabs Pochita by the handle lifting the Chainsaw Devil up, announcing they're leaving as Pochita growls and struggles in protest. He tells the dog to let the boy go, to give him a life like theirs would be a fate worse than death. A proper burial will be given to him.

He kills the pitiful dying boy with a hand on his forehead, telling him he'll see his mother in heaven. His dog will be in good hands. The boy draws his last breath, the look in his eyes still clinging to a life he could have lived, ever haunting. Angel lowers the boy's lids.

Something something, in a twist of events instead of the yakuza, it's Angel who greets Denji at his shed when his heart disease acts up. Having snuck away from his mission with Makima to "get some air" only to pick up on the scent of human blood and a devil.

How would the dynamic between Makima and Pochita's moe not-heart form play out. Much to think about. Also what if you throw Angel into the mix.⬇️

Goes hand in hand with this. Characters unloading and imparting a starved and hated self onto other characters as an idea of love.

Here it is. Manga is by Toyama Hanachika, one of Fujimoto's assistants and follows a different setting from Shark Kick yuri from the Look Back manga and anime. The challenge of squeezing horizontal text into the layout and still attempt localisation + scuffed cleanup o<-<

Reze part 2 comeback after a Chainsaw Man theme song Denji wrote became a hit and then a flop where she sits next to him and says "it's about that time when you were sketching me on my notebook right? Cringe." and he wakes up crying because it was a dream.

Aki wears cologne for once wondering if Makima would be impressed. She smiles when he enters her office, asking him what he's wearing. His heart flutters, straightening his back hoping the flush on his face isn't too obvious, he says. "It's Gary, Miss Makima. From Spongebob Squarepants."
