Panel 3: The old man lowers the bandana from around his face, eyes still wide in shock.

Panel 3: The old man clasps his hands around one of her hands, as she raises her other hand to his cheek. They are both happy and tearful.

Old Man: Dearest Alyssa, I have missed you so!

Alyssa: My beloved...oh, how the years have parted us! Yet, it matters not. You are here, as you always vowed to be.

Panel 4: The two embrace. The old man is now much younger, the age he was when he entered this land. They are both crying as they begin to glow.

Alyssa: Pray, let us never be parted again. Together, for all of eternity. I wish for nothing more.

"Old" man: Of course, my love.

Panel 5: The magpie watches as the two are enveloped in light. The man speaks from off panel.

"Old" man (off-panel): Thank you, my dear friend. Your kindness has given me the greatest gift of all.

Magpie: I, who was once lost, shall aid those who step upon these grounds, so that they may find what they're searching for.

Panel 3: A young man in a long cloak approaches the entrance, looking up at the magpie as he speaks to the magpie directly. The magpie continues to narrate.

Magpie (off-panel): Naught shall reward me more than keeping their wishes alive.

Young man: Excuse me, good sir? Would this happen to be the Willan Bridge? Is it true it can grant my wish?

Panel 4: The young man passes the entrance and sets foot on the first bridge, the magpie guiding him. The magpie continues to narrate to the old man.

Magpie: I hope you and your beloved are eternally happy in your well-deserved peace.

Panel 5: The archway at the end of the long journey. Propped against it is the old man's stick with his hat rested atop of it, Alyssa's ribbon wrapped around the hat.
