Been three weeks since I broke my wrist. Cast came off today and I am back in a brace for at least two weeks. Doctor said I don't need to see him again unless it seems it is not improving. I do not recommend!

After over a year dealing with frozen shoulder and finally being nearly ok, to now have a fractured wrist ... well, I've been pretty bummed this past week. I am so tired. This is this one time, and only time, that living alone (okay with dogs) is not in my favor. #health

I am taking a taxi from seatac to home. This has got to be the most run down car ever! It shakes like crazy, very dirty and smells. I can deal with all that, but this driver cuts people off and drives crazy. I just want to get home. #taxi #pnw
