Part of the problem is the entire team is like this and Aaron as head of T&S is just the point of contact for a lot of that childishness. Jay, Why and Paul are all equally childish and if they tried to replace Aaron they'd find someone who is "a right fit for the company culture" and thus be Aaron2.

They've still barely even announced it, the store page just says "Deadlock is a multiplayer game in early development." Up until very recently all it had for media was a teaser slowly panning down to a character standing in a doorway. Didn't feel like a game with a peak 170,000 concurrent players.
