Thing is: the last item I found in my parents' house's clearance, in the very last cupboard, was My Duck. He'd been put in a box, maybe 55 years ago. My last night there, in an empty house, and front of a roaring stove, Duck and I remembered memories. ...Today? Duck lives here.
