Today is Raffa's final day after nearly sixteen years. He's been in heart failure for a few weeks, and reached the point where we'd be keeping him around for us and not for him. Having, loving & losing a dog feels both ridiculous & deeply profound. Lots of tears at my place today.

Moved house. After three brutal days of boxes it’s a new (birthday) walk to work along the seafront. Brighton is an excellent (albeit windy) city, I encourage all my friends to move here.
