I'm seeing "Welland Canal leverage" trending, that Canada could cut off America's great lakes shipping access. Great. And what happens to Canadian ships in the St. Lawrence? The Cornwall side has been dammed up since 1959. Ships pass through a lock in Massena, NY. water.opg.com/sites/r-h-sa...
