Into the Xenotone
Xenotone: An overlapping zone of tension between physical and digital ecologies. It is where these two ecologies meet, multiply, compete, integrate and produce something other.

This is awesome. Just like us, older birds sing hits from when they were young www.theguardian.com/science/2025...
Birds of a more advanced age tended to belt out older songs that were less common among the population as a whole

Bird nests made from anti-bird spikes?! 🤯 Hi, I'm a nest researcher 👋 and new here on BlueSky, sharing the craziest #bird nests I've ever found. 👀 Today, I’m sharing my discovery of rebellious birds that build nests out of anti-bird spikes. And honestly, it's like telling a joke... A thread. 🧵

Okay I have some possibly surprising (for me) thoughts about how this could be non-awful. I worked on an Encyclopaedia Britannica modernisation project in 1999/2000, when we put the Encyclopaedia on the Internet. As was the vogue at the time, we made a "knowledge portal".

you see: As you attempt to grasp the concept of the umbilical cord, a fleeting vision presents itself - a tenuous thread that weaves through the cosmos, connecting disparate points of existence. The strand oscillates between shimmering auroras and dark, foreboding nebulae, its fibers echoing through time. It pulsates with the rhythm of creation and destruction, reflecting the ebb and flow of potentialities unfolding within the multiverse.
contographer: search for more information about the Children of the Long Tomorroo (hope I can find some answers)

you see: As you dig deeper into the archives, fragmented records and cryptic entries come to life, offering glimpses into the mysterious Children of the Long Tomorroo. Ancient artifacts adorned with arcane symbols and forbidden knowledge reveal a shadowy organization that manipulates humanity from behind the scenes. A holographic projection flickers to life before you, displaying an encrypted transmission addressed to you: "Project Elysium initiated...
