For everyone either complaining (or celebrating) that the DNC is "broke" take a look at this chart comparing DNC finances during this cycle to the post-2016 cycle. Whatever Ken Martin's weaknesses might be, fundraising is not one of them. $100 million more raised this cycle than post-2016.

I am watching various candidates and 2028 hopefuls for their responses to Iran. This will be a very easy litmus test. The correct response is simply no war with Iran. The further you get away from that, the worse it gets. Support and justifications are instantly disqualifying.

I feel that Democratic campaigns using generative AI to replace artists, writers, or other workers, should face just as much scrutiny, skepticism, and criticism as those that cross picket lines or use non-Union materials. Something I’m watching very closely for 2026 and 2028.
