Having a quiet jacket potato and a mug of tea in a cafe... Why do I always end up next door to the gob on a stick bloke with the fitted polo shirt (always with a logo) and chinos? I'm sure you'd hear him in France. Is pouring cold milky tea over him a bad idea? Actually, no. It's a waste of tea.
