According to the OSCE Moscow Mechanism report, the recommendation for member states of the Chemical Weapons Convention is to refer the matter to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) “to investigate the alleged use of chemical weapons by the Georgian authorities.”

At least 12 Georgian protesters with unpaid fines accrued from blocking the road during demonstrations have had their bank accounts seized. Some of those impacted said they were not informed about the fines, most of which are dated back to around a year ago. oc-media.org/bank-account...
