Same for Humberside. Only downside is the additional cost; unless you are booking well in advance it's on the pricy side plus it's in the middle of nowhere A £40 taxi ride is the only non private car option.

Having recently tried to make a physical back up of my files, I found doing that direct from the cloud took ages (for some reason). I had to enable the "keep local copy", which seemed quick, for it to easily be backed up to an external HDD.

Bit like a Thanksgiving meal, but eaten every weekend. Work (and or pub) Saturday, sleep in on Sunday morning (or church I guess if that rocks your boat), then Sunday roast at about 2 pm (lasting until about 4 pm or 5pm).

My father's cousin worked for Cable and Wireless and lived in the late 40s/ 50s on either St Helena or Ascension Island, I forget which. A ship visited once every six months, so he got into the habit of keeping *everything*. Every nail, screw, button, washed out jar, empty tin, newspaper.....

My parents' attic is full of things I'd have thrown away ages ago (e.g. old curtains and seat cushions). That's the "lived through WW2" generation. A lot of other "junk" however tells their (and antecedents) life story and sorting these passes on family history orally that might otherwise be lost.

My parents have been clearing out their house, very slowly, for the last 10-25 years. In my last visit I spent hours in the loft clearing out. It's split into dump, charity, eBay (my dad's a whizz here), and passing on. The wider family gets regular emails saying "anyone want this?".

Whereas my parents have lived in the same house for over sixty years and it's the only family home I've known. I've just come home from a visit home, and whilst decor has changed it's essentially the same as when I was born (and I've been in my home for 30 years now).

My saying, when such rules were enforced as the prospectus picture issue you describe, was that they (admin) always wanted the 'one straitjacket fits all' approach. It almost felt like "how dare subject X shows interesting and attractive photos that department Y can't".
