Our new study in Molecular Neurodegeneration shows that LRRK2 kinase activity modulates lysosomal glycosphingolipid and BMP homeostasis. We also report how LRRK2 inhibition alters these biomarkers in LRRK2-PD patients, highlighting their translational potential. Read more: rdcu.be/ezDU1
