Joining today's #OnlineArtExchange with the magnetic gaze and untamed elegance of Mademoiselle Lantelme, captured by the brush of Jules-Alexandre Grün. A vision of Belle Époque grace, where bold charisma meets the timeless art of reinvention. @artukdotorg.bsky.social
A half-length Belle Époque portrait of French actress Geneviève Lantelme, painted by Jules-Alexandre Grün. She is depicted with voluminous, copper-red hair styled up, holding her arms up behind her head. She wears a light gray silk robe trimmed with dark fur, open at the front over an ornate gold corset and a mauve skirt. Her intense and captivating gaze is directed straight at the viewer against a soft, blurred green background.

For today's #OnlineArtExchange, we immerse ourselves in the crimson warmth of Winslow Homer's "Autumn" (1877). A canvas where Victorian elegance meets the untamed, abstract beauty of changing leaves and quiet autumn melancholy. @artukdotorg.bsky.social
Oil painting of a Victorian woman standing on a wooded path during autumn. She wears a tailored dark jacket, a long ruffled skirt in ochre and blue tones, white gloves, and a large black hat. In her right hand, she holds a bundle of bright orange and red autumn leaves. The background is completely saturated with dense, vibrant foliage of crimson leaves, creating an intense, warm atmosphere of deep red, while the ground is covered with fallen leaves in yellow and ochre tones.

A Victorian oil painting by John Atkinson Grimshaw titled "A Golden Idyll". A quiet lane at sunset is completely carpeted with reddish-brown autumn leaves. On the left stands a large stone wall and a prominent brick mansion surrounded by tall, bare trees. A lone woman walks along the right side of the road.

A realistic oil painting depicting a serene rural landscape at sunset. In the foreground, there is a shallow stream with golden reflections in the water, where one cow stands and two others rest on the right bank.
