The kills are very good, and I liked that the murder weapons are medical instruments. It's a funny and bizarre movie: most people at the hospital are strange and I love all that weirdness. 172

Feels more like a murder mistery than a slasher: many kills occur off-screen and our main character is a journalism student investigating the disappearances. Not a lot of gore, but the final act has a chase scene that's very well done. 131
