It's rough and I think it's maybe a little aggressive.
But UP-North if electrified with EMUs, high platforms, wide doors at the quarterpoints and single levels should be able to Kenosha to Ogilvie in the ballpark of about 65 minutes.
Average of about 45-50mph.
