My roommate saw me put more cheese onto a frozen pizza & it was like I unlocked something in him. I saw the wheels turning as he realized we don't have to settle for the default amount of cheese the pizza overlords offer us. What goes onto the frozen pizza is in our control. We have the power.

I was thinking I wish I had the type of mental illness that made me productive at things instead of the type of mental illness that gives me executive dysfunction. And then I was like "oh yeah I made a sticker about that". 😂 If you're in the same boat and would like one: shop.breelundberg.com

Photo of a stucker of a cute illustrated grey cat's face, its eyes are wide and distressed while smiling and sweating and the words "I could get so much done if not for the mental illness" is above their head in a green melting shape.

I am so curious of what my antidepressant will do to me when I go to 2 pills per day in like 11 days from now or so. I feel like at 1 right now is nice to get me through the work day, but by the evening I am back to feeling hopeless/miserable/unable to do things again. So it might be good hopefully?

I completely agreed having just finished the book myself. There were small glimmers of writing I enjoyed in Carmilla's chapters specifically... but the rest just fell short in so many areas, including the ones you mentioned. Disappointing read in the end.

Wishing all the love in the world to: my mom, all moms, pet moms, moms-to-be, want to be moms, the mom friend, and of course to anyone who lost their mom or are not close to their mom. ❤ Today is a great day for many, hard for others. Be caring to all in their respective situations ❤

May 5th is always such a huge day! Feliz Cinco de Mayo, Happy Revenge of the Sith Day, Let's not forget Red Dress Day as well to recognize missing Indigenous women, AND to my fellow teachers, HAPPY APPRECIATION DAY. So much to celebrate and honour today. 💜

Gosh I can't wait for the rebound back into feeling optimistic again. Had that a lot in my university years and at times in the UK. Now I'm pessimistic and think the world is out to get me...ugh. I miss being hopeful.

Might do a super chill reading stream next week... I want to get through this book, plus I want to practice my narrating voice as well. Would people like that?

Oh here is one more piece that I really love? For me and knowing where I am at in this art journey... this is the best I've done....ever? So be kind and well, yay have some Serene. #art #newartist #serene

A woman laying on a bed of grass wearing a magenta tank top, blue jeans, a bracelet, a red watch, a necklace, and poofy, long brown hair. Her facial expression is quite serene.
