Sometimes I have to isolate myself from certain apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram for my own mental health. Which probably makes me look flakey. I experienced a deep loneliness as a maternity care trauma survivor who's mental health struggles were never picked up on by health services.

What an incredible Grandmother Moon hand pulled yesterday (Eostre came up on Easter Sunday)! The energy of these cards is wild. Ocean - and I was able to go to the sea at Saunton and just watch her watery source come in. Snake - Life Force. I know this is a wave I want to ride. Here I go... 🌊

Today I stewarded our exhibition at Hatch Somerset called 'Thinking Inside the Box.' This is my work 'Constituent Parts' on the theme of the fragmentation of a woman's identity throughout the process of becoming a mother (Matrescence). She or they become functional - feeding, clothing, washing.
