This one got me stuck for a loooong time. I have always been a pusher, a worrier, and hands-clasped-too-tightly-er. My mentors and friends told me to just 'receive,' but I couldn't. I didn't have access to it. Until I learned that in order to receive, you have to be willing to let live live

Regulation. Doesn't have to be cute, doesn't have to be complicated, doesn't have to look like anything overly routine-like or even specific. Not pictured here: - shaking my body like a wild-inflatable-tube-man until i emitted a guttural yell - wiggling my hips around until i could get

The word wealth used to make me cringe. It was for the greedy; the community-ignorant; the 1%. That was because I thought wealth only meant money. And you know what? Having abundance -- in all forms, including money, gives you options. It allows you to help your family out. To donate. To

✨🧐 WHERE DID MY GUIDANCE GO? 🧐✨ I get this question sooo often from my clients. They can hear their intuition, their spirit guides, the little nudges or signs that point them in the 'right' direction, and then all of a sudden.... nothing. What's happening here?

I feel so, so immensely grateful to be able to travel. This system is messed; but not screwed. It's possible to decentralize, focus on community, ultimately have new experiences and find more joy. It's possible. Keep doing the inner work and find *HEALTHY* Humans to lean on! You can do it 🥲

Trans Women are Women. If your spirit feels female, you are female. If your energy feels female, you are female. We're on a planet that has thousands of multi-sexual species... but with humans we got reaalll into polarity. Aquarius asks us to de-centralize. de-polarize. women = women.

Look inside your mind. I promise you, what you will find there is nothing you can't repair. Nothing you can't fix. You, are so capable, child inside. Yes, you can. Prune the thorns, leave the roses. Tend to yourself with meticulous care and never again wonder: "but what if I can't?"

You can't will your way into expansion or positivity. No amount of affirmations will cut it. the KEY: go on an exploratory mission to find the thoughts and beliefs that are telling you you can't. Then, very, very gently, unpick them. let them fall to the ground. Then pick up NEW thread, and weave.

Energetic bumps today -- remember your feet, beautiful souls. Grounding sometimes just means remembering your toes exist. ... also knowing that latching your energy to those committed to muggledom does more harm than good. Meet with compassion; and move on.

A hack i learned as an AuDHD starseed if you love your morning cacao / coffee: If it makes you anxious: exercise before stimulants. (Meds exluded). Always. It can be a walk, or light cardio, or a full on session -- your lightbody will process better and your brain will thank you for it.

This goes for all of us, but especially you, starseeds. ( / neurospicies). If we are depleted, we cannot serve. If we are depleted, we cannot blossom. We cannot connect. Our purpose here to to connect and spread our light. Not give it away for free. You are valuable, simply for existing.

"You’ve always felt drawn to the cosmos, haven’t you? Staring at the stars feels like remembering. It’s like you know you’re here for a reason, but you can’t seem to name it. The truth is, the purpose you’re chasing isn’t external—it’s a call from your soul, waiting for you to remember. "

Happy Lunar New Year, loved ones. Move with integrity. Step into your humanness. Embody your loving vessel of your human home. And send Gaia that love back too. She will feed you, when you care for her.
