Our brains love the colour gradation in rainbows, maybe due to our ancestors searching for sources of water. Looking at plants helps us recover from stress & looking at something we think is beautiful causes dopamine release. I've posted this photo to alter your brain biochemistry for the better 🌿

There was something in the air at #SPNNJ because J2 were even more touchy-feely than usual. Main panel 🧵 4/4

When asked about finale Jensen always gives the same answer. It hurts, but it's good tv. #SPNMinn2025 #Supernatural

Out of curiosity I asked ChatGPT to write me an ABO Sam and Dean story and OMG my eyes. 🤪The funny thing is, it keeps prompting me to give more specific instructions like "do you like Sam or Dean to be O" but it was when I said "That's not Sam and Dean" it locked me out. 🤣

I agree with a lot of the quoted posts. One of the scariest reality is that we have a population that believe they are not handed anything. How rich "fix your own bathroom" or "ride your own ATV" actually is and how much their "independent lifestyle" was riding on the back of underpaid workers.

Patiently waiting for JIB15 panels. In the mean time, Austin City Limits 50 Years❤️I loved almost every song and yes I loved our hosts Jared and Gen. And no commercials! Thank you PBS. 🙏

To me Jared is a real-life golden retriever and an idealized moose. Last week before the photo-op a funny ? suddenly popped into my head: What animal would he think I am? And my conclusion after the photo-op:

Me in the eyes of Jared Padalecki: A cute, fluffy, skittish bunny

This panel was even more packed than Jared and Mark's and I squeezed into the last row to film it. David Tennant was brilliant. #DrWho youtu.be/S0dDJ1WAmgE

Chatting with a new friend I mentioned "I don't consider myself a fan" and she's like, so you think Jared as a friend? I choked laughing "No! I'm a student and he's both my professor and my research subject🤪 that's why I take videos. But I did choose my major out of love."😂

Gosh resorting to frame-by-frame manual adjustment was so not the right way to stabilize a video💀but that theatre was too dark and me too far away and Jared(!) you were supposed to sit tight not running around😅 Anyway my fingers hurt but it is ready. youtu.be/HDYRJHb8N6w

Jared was surprised by this photo😁 he told me he had never seen it before and couldn't recall where it came from and I was like, "Huh?" Curse of a non-native English speaker 80% of my vocab vanished on the spot and it took me a while to provide him with enough info to pinpoint the photoshoot.🤣

Who vowed last year after #SPNIndy that "Never 2 cons in a row ever again?" 🤦 Yeah, I forgot. But I got reminded. Now in recovery mode. 🤣 Not sure if I could get the video ready tomorrow but by Wed. it should be up.

I got to ask Jared if EK allows him to pick between the two shock value: get shaved(head) or get naked()which one would he pick🤣he laughed and said naked! Hair takes longer to grow back just look at Clif and Clif dutifully nodded behind him.😜

Morning panel recap: Jared bravely worn a blue sweater per request of Tom🤣 and he kept wiping sweat off his face with the sleeve I think it’s soaked now. The hardest scenes for him to get down were the scenes Sam and Dean were at odds with each other. J2M will share scenes on The Boys but no detail.
