Sweet <3 Unfortunately ours died about 2-3 weeks ago!

I have been a bit quiet. But I also moved back to my home country after 7.5 years and 9 months of traveling, adjusting to a new life... so yeah it's been a bit much but I'm good.

I'd love to read it, though honestly: the dyslexia is strong with this one. I've struggled through anthropology with lots of reading materials but my god does it cost me a lot of mental effort!

They say don't feed the trolls, but I disagree. They always disperse if you annoy them long enough.

It's not only an important story, it's also just a very good and interesting documentary! So if you can, please do.

Maybe you're just not a morning person? I know that is the case for me. My point was more about the sexualization of sex workers in the sense that people expect me (because of the kind of content I make and the work I do) to want to talk dirty / be horny 24/7. Which is not reality.

Yeah, I often do behind-the-scenes as ppv. But, my hope is to incorporate it with other material as well and create a mix of a day-in-the-life, perhaps half a podcast, half a documentary, half a porn movie, ... I don't know yet. Too many ideas 😅

She turned 17 a little while ago. We moved her a bit ahead of us, when she was still 16. But, because we had to do a medical check-up, it turned out she has a kidney disease and probably only has two, three more years left. Luckily she's used to moving around a lot.

Oh, I get that. My parents and me didn't speak for a couple of years, but we did court mandated family therapy (this was before I started doing porn) and that helped quite a bit.

Het willen van 'wraak' is bijgevolg enkel een vraag naar rechtvaardigheid. Alle 'woede' over een kam scheren doet te kort aan de vaak uiteenlopende en legitieme redenen die mensen hebben om 'woedend' te zijn.

Hier heb ik dus een probleem mee: er wordt van survivors verwacht dat zij vergeven, compromissen zoeken... zodat de maatschappij zich lekker op haar gemak kan voelen. Neen. Woede gericht naar de persoon die je jarenlang heeft verkracht is niet alleen normaal, maar zelfs gezond.

Me too! With my current set-up (and the fact that we're traveling for a few more months) I can't fully do it the way I want, but we're already trying out a few new things. Once we're settled again this will be a lot easier!

Unfortunately it's apparently still not enough to make any meaningful change in regard to our position toward Israel...
