Al principio, el código era un vehículo para crear soluciones. Con el tiempo, escribir código se consideró tan costoso que la industria ha ido creando mecanismos para no “invertir mal” el tiempo de quienes sabían hacerlo. 1/4

As a manager of managers of managers… I feel like Cursor agents reconnect me with engineering. I’m just scratching the surface, but since we do a lot of “management as code”, I think I’ll be able to leverage all the info available in a much more advanced way than before.

Hay muy poco recurso sobre cómo gestionar la resiliencia de agentes (IA) y también sobre cómo asegurar la efectividad de costes si estos agentes tiran de LLM (que es el prácticamente el 100% de ejemplos de hola mundo que se ven en conferencias).

PS - we have a great relationship & regular one on ones. But I've found some engineers don't think the stuff they do is worth mentioning. Even though it is! They view the work as "oh, well it needed to be done" or "they needed help so I helped". Not realizing how valuable and unique that is.
