Chronos was Therna Biosciences's answer to data sparsity. Tens of thousands of synthetic mRNAs in a pool of around 50 human cell lines. We got ~200x speedup using rapids-singlecell from @nvidiabot.bsky.social. In collaboration with @lightningai.bsky.social, we are also releasing a Lightning Studio.
