I am not a cat person, but there is a stunning beautiful orange cat at the feline rescue that stared at me with such a face i had to take a picture of him.

An orange cat stares back through a window that is reflecting the outside world.

Got to see Kiki Rockwell live. Sort of. I was in the back, so there wasn't a lot of seeing, but I did get to hear her live.

To see a real person actually wearing this in the real world is kind of surreal.

This is the recipe I use, and often add one scoop of vegan vanilla protien powder. I think the addition works with this one because it calls for less flour than others. I cannot find the link.

Thinking the red wonky stitching really is a good idea. It will take a while, but not being exact makes it feel more punk. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

An applique from a black t-shirt that says "Listen to Sophia Isella" with a row of wonky x shaped top stitches starting to form a border.

I just got my nails done. I think, going forward i am going to need to describe my preferred nail shape, not as an oval but as a circle.

Traveled to Denver to see Rabbitology live. It was totally worth it.

My weekend goal of finishing my paper eyeball book while hanging out in a hammock was acomplished.

Veiw trees and sky from a yellow hammock with a bug net and bit of an open book at the bottom of the frame.

The entire first run-on sentence of A Tale Of Two Cities is shocking the right vibe for the moment.

Image of a journal from Redbubble with Text.
A Tale of Two Cities
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of dispair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way- in short the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being recieved, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only.

I just now noticed the difference in the size of my calves after not being weight bearing on the one for 8 weeks. That may be why it is sore now that I am walking again.
