Trying to get healthy. I'm 45, 5'11" & 234 lbs. Thanks to better eating & meds, cholesterol is well controled, but BP isn't. Need to lose weight & improve my overall cardio health. This week, I started on the rowing machine. Pics for starting point & (hopefully) encouragement to keep me going.
