All I was doing was clicking around trying to find the option to pop the window out of Outlook.... and now, unresponsive. The speed and reliability of my unstable, non-wired internet connections were stellar. A series of 30+ power blips last night made my internet and network upset. I had to troubleshoot rather than be blissfully unaware of any issues. 010

It doesn't mean that it's ok - it's scary because people are so aggressive and follow me to try to box me in someplace they could do more harm. I've called the cops for help more times than you can count. 110

For decades people have run me off the road, tailgated, brake checked, yelled and flipped me off, vandalized my rides, and even spit on my car at stop lights all because I drive Porsches. 110

And Porsche of Colorado Springs provides a loaner for routine maintenance or break/fix - great way to experience other P cars too! IIRC, that was about a month's worth of troubleshooting before the problem was found and the fix was applied. I felt proud that I was the first Panamera owner to cause this condition! 5/🧵 100
Amanda Blevins @amandablev.bsky.social · 06/03/2025Nothing they did fixed the issue and every time that alarm went off I pulled to the side of the road in a panic which wasn't the safest thing to be doing on high speed roads. They worked with Porsche engineers and found that the issue was the software that handled calculations based on G forces. 4/🧵 100

The techs drained the coolant system multiple times, replaced the thermostat, and more 3/🧵 100

It also has some sort of squeak. I blame the previous owner who wired a radar detector up there and probably damaged more than the techs have already found. 2/🧵 100
