If you play Game Boy games on your computer, the dogbone controller with 8bitDo Bluethooth mod kit is the best option! It's round shaped and fits comfortably in your hand, and it has just the right number of buttons.

Yes, it's a Bluetooth mod! The company called 8bitDo has the mod kit, it's super easy!

Even if this were an offer that they pay me, it would still be rude as hell, but I'm supposed to pay these morons 999 bucks? Oh, how lovely. Fuck you.

They clearly haven't checked what kind of game mine is. I have no idea what type of "competition" or "tournament" Neko Can Dream can get put into.

One of the downsides of keep publishing games online is that they send you bizarre spam emails every week to annoy you, but this one's far too hilarious to ignore

I just realised that my Nothing Phone and my modded Famicom game pad kinda have a matching colour scheme

And when I do that, I will make it a physical release. At first. I'll also do digital, eventually, but physical is more fun. I imagine.

This time I've got another goal besides developing the game, and that is to release a soundtrack for the game. Wouldn't that be cool if I manage to do that?

I'm planning to use this for the title screen, so I made it loud, but kept the loop cycle not too long. I assume most people would press the start button before listening to it for like five seconds.

近頃のテレビアニメはいろんな放送形態が増えてきたが「1話目だけ先行配信して残りを半年後から配信」みたいなのは流石にもう勘弁してほしいスティールボールランの話全然覚えてない

For vinyl, it's understandable. They spin safe enough to slow. But at CD speed...let's hope it doesn't slice kids to pieces

こういう回転中のCDが露出する設計のCDプレイヤーってマジでなんなんだろ草刈り機も兼ねてるのか？

However my capacitor apps won't build right with the new SDK. Perhaps I need to update the project first

I only did change it from monochrome to colour and made characters 1.5 times bigger, but now it takes like 5 times as long to draw the background. It really makes me realise why game dev budgets keep increasing over time!

I didn't realise such a layout was considered "really cramped"

The key change from the previous plan is that I've decided to set the story in a dystopian Tokyo, rather than a dystopian America. You will be able to live in a regular Tokyo apaato!
