Oh and run CoreAudio AAC, at least 256kbps up to 320. 320 is excessive but audio is 50% of the stream and 10% or less of your bitrate, so its worth it.

addendum: the best way to squeeze quality out of that bitrate is run cpu encoding, but you can only do that with a system with a ton of *completely untouched cores* or a second pc purely dedicated to cpu encoding a livestream.

*any resolution thats divisible by 8 is workable, these are just some examples. you want division by 8 because its easier on the encoder and thus the encoder can be as efficient as possible at both spitting out frames and making those frames look half decent at 4500kbps. 2/3

Some recommendations because 4500 is quite a limited bandwidth (not that its altstreams fault, they can't exactly magic up more capability for such stuff) Downsample to a lower resolution, something like 936, 864 or 768p* tune framerate down to 50, most viewers wont notice the difference. 1/3

Viewers of streams dont notice the difference between 60 and 50 fps, but they will absolutely notice the 16% or more boost to visual fidelity you get by having 16% or more bitrate per frame.
