“It’s not too late. I can buy you that simple house near the water. Stock your larder and cellar. Send you paints and canvases. One, maybe two cats.” FINALLY finished this. 2.5 years later, I'm still obsessed with my tav and her scoundrel 🖤 #Gortash #EnverGortash #BG3 #Tav #Ixtash #BG3fanart

Ixora visits her ex-situationship Enver Gortash in his fortress atop Wyrm's Rock. He attempts to coerce her into joining and supporting his rule, recalling their better days a decade prior.

Enver stands behind Ixora, lips resting at the back of the junction of her neck and shoulder. His right hand, clad in rings and gauntlet, wraps around Ixora's shoulder to gently hold her chin between thumb and forefinger. Her gloved hand rests unsure over the back of his. His left hand delicately holds her left wrist, lifted up near her shoulder as if to protest and push him away, which she doesn't.

Ixora wears the +2 padded armor dyed bloody plum. Enver wears his signature drip.

Did a meme redraw (see replies) because it reminded me immediately of my Caleb and @alvilda.bsky.social's Elle (with special cameo by her rabbit TImmy). I really like formatting Caleb art like Instagram selfies. It brings me joy. #OCs #memeredraw

A simulated Instagram post. Caleb's handle is @UndercutUppercut, he is verified, and the post was made two hours ago.

The image posted is an odd angle. It depicts Elle laying on a beg, hugging a pillow and scrolling on her phone. Her face is relatively unamused, and her lop rabbit Timmy is loafed in for a nap behind her. Caleb's head is in the near ground sandwiched between Elle's thighs, and he's grinning like an fool at the camera.

Below the image is more Instagram text; the usual like, comment, share, and bookmark icons, then Caleb's caption: "She's so sick of my shit 🖤." There are 341 other comments, plus a comment from his sister and Elle's best friend Eri with the handle @BatflowerGortash. Her comment is "Timmy doesn't deserve to have to put up with this." At the bottom of the screen is the typical Instaram "Add a comment" area.

- and the oft-forgotten crucial work of girls and women in keeping a farm and household fed, clothed, warm and quite simply alive. So, thank you! Keep up the good work, and don’t let the Big Man get you down <3

More specifically, I’ve really been enjoying your recent series on the lives of the humble peasant farmer, especially the sections on natality, marriage and fertility patterns, the horrifying extent of maternal and infant/child mortality 3/?

- and I just wanted you to know your worldbuilding deep dives, especially on “banal” things like foraging, political structures and the lives of the ordinary people so often forgotten in both history books and popular media have been completely invaluable in adding depth and life to my story. 2/?

@bretdevereaux.bsky.social Hello! Longtime reader and enjoyer of your blog since I first got a link to your Helm’s Deep series through (I think?) what was then Tor.com maybe five years ago I’ve been working on my own original fiction in a setting deeply inspired by Achaemenid Persia 1/?

Hi I'm obsessed with @alvilda.bsky.social and my pairings, IDK what to tell you. Caleb and Elle, the OG duo. It took me too long to draw them because I was afraid of not quite nailing it, but this is... them. Caleb knows what he's about. 🍑 #OCs #BG3nextgen #Gortashson #Calle #gymselfie #BUTT

A simulated Instagram post. Caleb's handle is @UndercutUppercut, he is verified, and the post was made five hours ago.

The image posted is a gym mirror selfie. Caleb, wearing no shirt per usual, has Elle hoisted up over one shoulder to showcase her ass. He's grabbing one cheek like he owns it to keep her in place, his other hand holding up his phone to snap the photo. Elle is looking back at the mirror over her shoulder with a laugh. You can practically hear her yelling "CALEB!" in an amused-scolding tone.

Below the image is more Instagram text; the usual like, comment, share, and bookmark icons, then Caleb's caption: "Catch and cook of the day 🖤." There are 341 other comments, plus a comment from his sister and Elle's best friend Eri with the handle @BatflowerGortash. Her comment is "God you guys are so gross." At the bottom of the screen is the typical Instaram "Add a comment" area.

I have never enjoyed a piece of my own more than I enjoyed/enjoy this one. Ma Meilleure Ennemie. A love letter to my dear BG3 rogue Ixora and her once and future Banite lover. #tav #baldursgate #bg3 #gortash #Ixtash #tavfanart

An art nouveau, Mucha-inspired illustration of Ixora, an elf rogue. She lounges on a stone art nouveau bench, elegantly holding aloft her Susser dagger. She wears a long maroon dress that exposes her legs along the bench and pools on the floor under the bench. Behind her is a desaturated purple stained glass arch with a shattered Black Hand of Bane. At the top of the arch, mirroring the spill of her dress and providing visual flow, is a bunch of red ixora flowers.

Hope it's not too late to enter but if so that's totally okay! Here's my girl, Laena <3 She's a wizard turned cook, a Galemancer, a perpetual mom friend, and her hair only ever behaves that well with at least a small sacrifice to a semi-malevolent entity xD

And last but only least in terms of title, old Ulder Ravengard, father of the year! I joke, but this was the most emotionally fraught and challenging piece to write for me, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out <3 archiveofourown.org/works/62699155

Oh goodness, I have so many OCs from friends I adore, let's see... Dreuer Wildfel, property of the lovely archiveofourown.org/users/Anxiou..., pictured here with his biblically accurate nose, comes to mind. She's been kind enough to RP with me, and Dreuer is near and dear to my heart 🫶
